Return to Yourself
A Retreat for Mothers Seeking Wholeness
You love your family fiercely.
You give everything—your time, your energy, your body, your heart.
But somewhere along the way, you lost something.
Yourself.
Motherhood, for all its beauty, can feel like a slow unraveling.
Piece by piece, the woman you once were fades into the background as you tend to everyone’s needs but your own.
You are surrounded by love, yet loneliness lingers.
You feel the weight of responsibility, yet your own desires feel distant, forgotten.
This retreat is an invitation to remember you.
To set down the endless to-do lists and rediscover the woman beneath the mother.
To move, breathe, and be witnessed—not for what you provide, but for who you are.
To grieve what has been lost and reclaim what still belongs to you.
To laugh, to rest, to reconnect with joy for joy’s sake.
To step outside of “good mother” expectations and into the fullness of your real, raw, whole self.
Through ritual, movement, reflection, and sacred witnessing, we will hold space for the broken-open parts of you.
The wild parts.
The weary parts.
The longing parts.
The parts that are ready to be seen, honored, re-integrated and re-membered.
Come as you are.
Leave feeling lighter, freer, and more you then you have in years.
It’s time to come home to yourself.
Homecoming
A sacred retreat for mothers to reconnect, honor, and celebrate the fullness of who they are—both within and beyond motherhood.
May 1-5, 2025
Sebastopol, CA
The Essence
Motherhood is a sacred journey.
As the keepers of life’s rhythms, mothers hold immense magic, yet the daily demands often leave little room to honor their individuality.
Homecoming is your invitation to step away from the noise and return home to yourself.
Somewhere along the way, in the midst of giving, nurturing, and meeting the endless demands of life, you may have lost sight of yourself—the vibrant, whole woman you once knew.
Reclaiming and re-membering the woman you are
-the essence of what makes you uniquely you-
is not just a return to self but a powerful act of healing and renewal.
It’s about weaving together the parts of yourself that may have been set aside, forgotten, or overshadowed, and stepping back into your fullness with love and intention.
Through intentional practices, reflection, and the power of community, this retreat offers you the opportunity to:
Honor your sacred role as a mother and as an individual.
Acknowledge the layers of your identity,
both seen and unseen.
In a supportive nurturing circle, be witnessed on your journey, as well as hold space to witness others.
Celebrate your beauty, strength, and wholeness as a multifaceted being.

Reconnecting Through Ritual
Ritual is a profound bridge—a way to honor the sacred within yourself and your life.
It creates space for transformation, reflection, and healing.
As Clarissa Pinkola Estés writes:
“Ritual is one of the ways we can remember who we are. It gives shape to what has been invisible and creates a bridge between the conscious and the unconscious.”
At Homecoming, we will use ritual to honor the rhythms of life, celebrate our shared journeys, and connect with our truest selves.
Pilates:
Strengthen from Within
Pilates at Homecoming offers more than physical movement—it’s a pathway to emotional resilience and self-discovery:
Draw inward and fortify your core strength.
Move from reactive living to intentional, freedom-filled action.
Build resilience and reconnect with your sense of agency.
As Joseph Pilates himself said:
“Change happens through movement, and movement heals.”
This practice will help you embody both the physical and emotional transformation central to this retreat.
Exploring the Duality of Motherhood
Motherhood reshapes us in profound ways, yet it can often leave us asking:
Who am I beyond this role?
At Homecoming, we hold space for both truths:
To honor the magic you bring as a mother—the nurturer, guide, and keeper of life’s rhythms.
To rediscover and reclaim the vibrant, evolving self that exists beyond motherhood.
Adrienne Rich reminds us:
“The most important thing one woman can do for another is to illuminate and expand her sense of actual possibilities.”
Together, we’ll explore these possibilities, reimagining your path forward with intention and joy.
A Threshold to Transformation
Homecoming is more than a retreat—it’s a threshold. This journey will prepare you to step back into your life both the same and profoundly changed:
Fortified in your role as a mother.
Reconnected with your inner wisdom.
Celebrated as the vibrant, sacred individual you are.
Audre Lorde said it best:
“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.”
This is your Homecoming.
Rediscover your magic.
Reclaim your freedom.
Return to yourself.

Your Guides
Reena and Kerry bring a shared passion for creating sacred, transformative spaces that invite mothers to come home to themselves as women. Through their carefully crafted retreats, they honor the profound transitions of motherhood while guiding women to reclaim their individuality, wisdom, and identity apart from their roles as mothers. These gatherings are designed to provide connection, renewal, and empowerment for mothers at every stage of their journey.
Reena is called to hold sacred space during life’s transitions and rites of passage. With a deep understanding of the emotional and spiritual layers of change, she believes that when held within a loving container, life’s most challenging moments can become opportunities for profound growth and balance. Reena’s path has been shaped by her work as a ritual facilitator, doula, priestess, and spiritual mentor, as well as her own transformative experiences, including navigating motherhood with a high-needs child and supporting her parents through their end-of-life journeys.
Kerry is the founder of Community Supported Postpartum, dedicated to creating ecosystems of care that help parents step out of isolation and into community. A lifelong educator and “village tender,” Kerry has spent over two decades immersed in women’s health and family wellness, teaching others how to create nurturing spaces for parents and children worldwide. As a mother, doula, and maternal mental health advocate, she brings joy, creativity, and a passion for helping parents rediscover ease and connection in their lives.
Together, Reena and Kerry weave their expertise into retreats that center on the sacred theme of homecoming. Their mission is to create spaces where mothers can step outside the demands of daily life, reconnect with the essence of who they are, and reclaim their wholeness as women.
With reverence, wisdom, and playfulness, they offer nurturing environments for women to feel seen, held, and renewed—rediscovering their inner power, joy, and the sacred wisdom of community and nature.
These retreats are an invitation to come home to yourself.
